Platinum Yucatan Princess Adults Only Hotel Playa del Carmen, Playa del Carmen

I recently returned from a week at the resort, and while it had its moments, it didn't quite meet my expectations compared to other places I've stayed. The rooms are showing some age, and the dining options weren't impressive. On the bright side, the service was generally good, and I appreciated having English entertainment available. However, given the price point, I'm not sure I'd choose to return.

I had an incredible stay at the resort; the rooms were stunning and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. The dining options were top-notch, offering a range of delicious dishes that we couldn't get enough of. However, our room had some issues due to ongoing construction, which detracted from our overall enjoyment. Thankfully, the resort's amenities were well-kept, and the pools were a joy to use.

Our family had a fabulous time at this beautiful resort! The swim-out rooms were a fantastic choice, and we enjoyed the various restaurants and nightly shows. While we faced some challenges with towel accessibility and crowded pools later in our stay, the overall experience was great. I highly recommend it for families looking for fun and engagement.
